Shipping policy

We post most of our products via Australia Post.

We collect boxes that have been used and we make sure they are up to our packaging standards to be sent to our customers. We care about the planet as our customer's orders.

We ask our couriers to take care of the parcel but unfortunate times happen, that is why we ask you to send us an email with a photo of the damage at craftyroo@hotmail.com and we will get back to you as soon as we can.
