We do not do any returns unless it was an error. If there are any issues with your order, please let us know through our social media Facebook or Instagram, and/or also through our website/email Craftyroo@hotmail.com

Most of our products are made with plywood and acrylic, as they are extremely fragile, our couriers are doing the best to take care and deliver your products in excellent conditions, but accidents happen. If you get a broken item, please send us a photo of your item and we would sort it out immediately.
